  • Customs Clearance: For shipments that require customs assistance, the Tomore team will contact the recipient in advance. Please cooperate to ensure smooth clearance.

  • Responsibility: If clearance is delayed due to recipient reasons, causing the package to be returned or destroyed, any fees will be charged to the recipient. The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded to the buyer.
