Factory Relocation & Production Schedule Notice

Dear Customers and Partners,

Please be advised that Tomore Medical (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. will undergo a factory relocation from September 25 to October 10, 2026, coinciding with China's National Day holiday period. Normal production will be temporarily suspended during this time.

Order & Production Schedule

Orders placed on or before September 20
These orders will be prioritized for shipment before the factory relocation, where possible.

Orders placed after September 20
These orders will be scheduled for production after October 10.

Production and order fulfillment will gradually resume after October 10, with affected orders expected to be ready for shipment in late October.

Our sales team will remain available during this period to assist with product inquiries, quotations, sample requests, and order arrangements.
