Tomore Is Moving to a Larger Shenzhen Production Facility
Tomore is in the process of relocating to a larger production site in Longgang, Shenzhen. The new facility has 5,000 m² of total production area and is designed to support annual production capacity of more than 500,000 units after the relocation is complete and operations have ramped up.
This move reflects the continued development of Tomore’s hearing-aid business and our plans for the next stage of manufacturing. It also brings an improved office environment and employee accommodation. The relocation is still underway, so production schedules and on-site visits should be confirmed with our team.
A larger site for Tomore’s next stage
The new facility gives Tomore more production space as the company continues to develop its digital hearing-aid portfolio and serve partners in different markets. Its 5,000 m² figure refers to the site’s total production area.
Once the relocation is complete and production has ramped up, the facility is designed for annual capacity above 500,000 units. This is a design-capacity figure, not a statement of current output or a guarantee of a specific order quantity or delivery date.
An improved environment for our team
The move also provides an upgraded office environment and improved employee accommodation. We see these improvements as part of building a more suitable workplace for the people behind our design, engineering, manufacturing and service work.
A Longgang location for work and daily life
The new site is at No. 8–16 Jinyuan Road, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. It is less than one kilometer from a metro station and one metro stop from Dayun, a major transport hub in Longgang. The location offers convenient transport options for employees commuting to work and traveling in their free time.
Relocation and production schedule
The relocation is currently in progress. According to Tomore’s published transition notice, normal production is temporarily suspended from September 25 through October 10, 2026. Production and order fulfillment are expected to resume gradually after October 10. Orders placed after September 20 are scheduled for production after October 10, and affected shipments are expected to be ready in late October, subject to order-specific confirmation.
